Customer Service:
Greeting customers, identifying their needs, answering questions about products and services, and resolving inquiries or concerns.;
Shipping and Packaging:
Receiving, processing, and packing packages securely for courier shipment using established procedures.;
Print and Document Services:
Operating copiers, fax machines, printers, binding equipment, and laminating machines.;
Mailbox Services:
Receiving, sorting, and placing mail and packages into customer mailboxes.;
Sales and Operations:
Operating the point-of-sale (POS) system, handling cash and credit card transactions accurately, and actively cross-selling and up-selling products and services.
