Join our growing team of compassionate and dependable Residential Counselors to support the wonderful individuals we serve. This is a full‑time, 40‑hour per week, non‑exempt position located in Franklyn, MA. The role is eligible for benefits and offers a starting hourly rate of $18.

First/Second shifts.

• Supervise and transport clients during assigned hours, which may include job interviews, medical appointments, weekly recreation, religious services, and shopping trips.
• Support and teach clients new skills, including specific goals in the clients’ Individual Service Plan.
• Act as a positive role model to help clients attain the highest quality of life while maintaining their safety in all settings.
• Administer medications and complete necessary documentation, such as progress notes, weekly summaries, and attendance reports.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Desire to make a genuine difference in the lives of others.
• Ability to pass required certifications within the allotted time set forth by the agency.
• Ability to pass a criminal check and driver’s check.

$18 to $22 per hour.
