Reliant Medical Group, part of the Optum family, seeks a PCP-Internal Medicine APC (NP or PA) to join our Milford, MA practice. You will provide longitudinal, relationship-based primary care within a team using EPIC and DAX AI tools.
Board-certified NP or PA with at least 3 years of paneled APC experience and MA licensure is required. A DEA license is also required; we offer strong compensation, CME time, generous PTO, and relocation support.
