CNA/HHA/PCA Caregiver - $20 to $23/Hour
SYNERGY Home Care is urgently hiring CNAs, HHAs, and PCAs in Franklin, MA. We are seeking dependable caregivers who are ready to provide compassionate, one-on-one support to clients in their homes. Long-hour shifts are available for those looking for more consistent hours.

What You’ll Do
- Assist clients with personal care and daily living activities
- Help with mobility, transfers, and positioning
- Prepare meals and provide feeding assistance when needed
- Offer companionship and emotional support
- Perform light housekeeping and maintain a safe environment
- Follow individualized care plans and client routines
- Report client needs or changes in condition to the care team
Qualifications
- Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification
- Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred
- Compassionate, patient, and reliable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable providing care independently in a client’s home
- Able to commit to longer shifts as scheduled
