CNA/HHA Caregiver - $20 to $23/Hour
SYNERGY Home Care is urgently hiring CNA and HHA caregivers in Franklin, MA. We are seeking compassionate, dependable caregivers who are ready to provide personalized in-home care and support clients with their everyday needs.

What You’ll Do
- Assist clients with personal care and activities of daily living
- Support mobility, transfers, and positioning
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Perform light housekeeping and maintain a safe home environment
- Follow individual care plans and established routines
- Communicate client needs or changes to the care team
Qualifications
- Active CNA or HHA certification
- Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working independently in a client’s home
- Available for weekday and/or weekend shifts
