SYNERGY Home Care is looking for a dependable and compassionate CNA, HHA, or PCA for a live-in caregiving opportunity in Milford, MA. This role is ideal for an experienced caregiver who is comfortable providing consistent, attentive support in a client's home.

What You’ll Do
Assist with personal care and activities of daily living
Support mobility, transfers, and positioning
Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed
Provide companionship and supervision
Assist with light housekeeping and household routines
Follow the client's individualized care plan
Communicate client needs and changes to the care team
Qualifications
Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification
Previous caregiving or live-in care experience preferred
Compassionate, patient, and dependable
Strong communication skills
Comfortable providing care in a client's home
Able to commit to a live-in assignment
