Altitude in Franklin is seeking an energetic, organized, and customer-focused Manager to oversee daily operations and lead a high‑performing team. The Manager is responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences, maintaining a safe and fun environment, and driving operational excellence. This role requires strong leadership, problem‑solving skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑energy setting.
Key ResponsibilitiesOperations & Guest Experience
- Oversee day‑to‑day park operations, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and efficiency
- Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve guest concerns professionally
- Ensure all safety policies and procedures are followed consistently
- Monitor park flow, staffing levels, and guest capacity
Team Leadership & Staffing
- Recruit, train, coach, and supervise team members
- Schedule staff to meet operational needs and manage labor effectively
- Motivate employees and foster a positive, team‑oriented work culture
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback
Financial & Administrative Duties
- Assist with budgeting, cash handling, and daily financial reporting
- Monitor expenses and identify opportunities to improve efficiency
- Support sales initiatives, memberships, parties, and events
Facility & Safety Management
- Ensure equipment and facilities are well‑maintained and operational
- Coordinate with maintenance teams or vendors as needed
- Enforce company safety standards and respond to incidents appropriately
- Previous management or supervisory experience (hospitality, retail, or entertainment preferred)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Excellent customer service and conflict‑resolution skills
- Ability to multitask and make sound decisions in a fast‑paced environment
- Basic computer and scheduling software proficiency
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 25–50 lbs as needed
- Comfortable working in an active, high‑energy environment
