Job Responsibilities- Lead manufacturing projects from planning through implementation, managing scope, schedule, resources, and execution milestones
- Audit new and existing processes to validate implementation approach, control plans, and sustainment methods
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations to reduce cost and improve throughput/quality
- Lead kaizen events and support lean implementation (standard work, waste reduction, flow improvements)
- Partner with supply chain teams to reduce total cost and improve material and process efficiency
- Develop and implement supply chain initiatives, risk assessments, and continuous improvement strategies.
- Develop implementation plans, track actions, and report project status, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
- 5+ years of project management experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Need candidates who have lead project NOT people.
- Experience supporting supply chain and cost reduction initiatives.
- Experience auditing manufacturing processes and verifying implementation of process changes.
- Experience leading continuous improvement initiatives.
- Experience leading kaizen events and lean implementations.
- PMP certification
- Lean certification (Lean Six Sigma or equivalent)
