Role snapshot

About 60% technical, 40% administrative. You’ll perform and support repairs, lead PM efforts, manage parts and records, and align with HSE requirements—all while keeping internal customers satisfied.

Your impact

Repair, install, and maintain facility and production equipment.

Develop and implement a preventive maintenance program; keep it on schedule with production leadership.

Supervise on-site contractors for safety, compliance, and quality outcomes.

Monitor inventories of tools, supplies, and spare parts; reorder as needed.

Document work orders, inspections, and maintenance history accurately.

Coordinate HSE activities to meet legal and company standards and pursue continuous improvement.

Arrange external vendor services and parts procurement.

Operate aerial/scissor/boom lifts to perform tasks erpret manuals, drawings, and work orders to execute maintenance tasks.

Diagnose malfunctions using diagrams, OEM resources, and engineering documentation.

Communicate effectively with machine manufacturers’ service and parts departments.

Must-haves3–5 years of industrial maintenance experience.

Mechanical know-how with CNC machinery, servo drive systems, automation, and machining equipment.

Microsoft Office (Excel included); background in scheduling and service coordination.

Proven capability to install, maintain, and repair automated and computer-controlled mechanical equipment.

Ability to perform simple electrical calculations; read blueprints/schematics.

Proficiency with a wide range of hand and power tools.

Experience operating forklifts and aerial lifts (PIV).SAP familiarity is a plus.
