Electronics Technician II (Level
2) – Franklin, MA

We are seeking an experienced Electronics Technician II to join our growing team. This hands‑on role builds and wires custom electrical control panels for cutting‑edge industrial automation applications.

Pay
: $25–$27 per hour, plus 6% shift differential for 2nd shift. Temp‑to‑Perm opportunity with overtime available.

• Build and wire electrical control panels, junction boxes, and subassemblies.
• Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, wiring diagrams, and bills of material.
• Install PLCs, relays, switches, lights, sensors, and other electrical components.
• Use hand and power tools to drill, tap, assemble, and fabricate panels.
• Train and mentor junior technicians.
• Perform quality checks and ensure projects are completed on schedule.
• Take ownership of customer projects from start to finish.

• 4+ years of control panel wiring and electrical assembly experience.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Experience using hand and power tools.
• Technical certificate in Electrical Controls is a plus.
