Dairy Farmers of America is looking for a Blow Mold Operator for the 3rd Shift, working Monday to Friday from 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM. This position offers a starting rate of $20.00/hr, plus a $1.50/hr shift differential for 2nd and 3rd shifts, and a sign-on bonus of $1,500 for external candidates.
The successful candidate will operate plastic blow molding machines, troubleshoot equipment, and maintain excellent communication within the team to enhance efficiency and ensure food safety standards.
