Job Description & How to Apply Below
Step into a day shaping precision on Okuma CNC lathes

Your shift begins at the machine: reviewing work instructions, loading a complex setup on an Okuma lathe, and confirming offsets. You read blueprints with full GD&T callouts, plan your approach, and make simple program edits directly at the control. As parts run, you verify dimensions using everything from hand tools to the optical comparator and CMM, documenting results and keeping production moving under limited supervision.

Throughout the day, you translate G and M code into real-world performance, switching between Fanuc and Okuma controls with confidence. Whether it’s a quick changeover or a full setup for a production run, you keep quality and throughput in balance.
