This is a 12‑month, full‑time, on‑campus, exempt position. Expected salary range: $70,000 to $75,000 when annualized, commensurate with experience. The College also offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement contributions, and generous paid time off.

Position responsibilities include:
  • Manage the enrollment communications flow and execution for prospective and incoming students, including inquiries, applicants, admitted students, and yield campaigns for first‑year, transfer, student‑athlete, and international populations through Slate CRM.
  • Partner with enrollment services agencies and campus stakeholders to develop integrated, data‑informed marketing campaigns and recruitment strategies that support enrollment goals.
  • Develop and deploy targeted communications and marketing content across email, SMS, web, social media, print, and through partner platforms.
  • Support student search, lead generation, audience segmentation, and outreach initiatives designed to expand and diversify the prospect pipeline.
  • Collaborate with institutional marketing to ensure brand consistency across enrollment communications, advertising, web content, and recruitment materials.
  • Manage admissions marketing collateral, enrollment‑focused digital content, and communications supporting recruitment events and programs.
  • Monitor campaign performance and enrollment marketing metrics.
  • Serve as the primary liaison to enrollment marketing vendors and external partners.
  • Other duties as assigned and/or required.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field required.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years related experience, preferably in higher education.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of enrollment marketing strategies and current communication trends across social media, web, email, and print.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to develop compelling content for prospective students, families, and other key audiences.
  • Experience with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools; proficiency with Slate CRM is preferred.
  • Strong organizational, project management, and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, evaluate campaign performance, and use data to inform decision‑making.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders and work successfully in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Willingness to work occasional evenings and weekends.
