• Provide direct patient care to residents, including assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive and targeted interventions for patients' needs
• Develop and maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including documenting progress and communicating with healthcare teams
• Assist in maintaining a safe and clean environment, adhering to infection control and safety protocols
• Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills, ensuring effective collaboration with patients, families, and staff
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse in the state of Massachusetts
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing practices and procedures
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and individuals
