• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in accordance with established policies, procedures, and standards of care

• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments of patient needs and develop individualized care plans

• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians and other healthcare providers

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and effective communication

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and reports

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction

• Current LPN licensure in the state of Massachusetts

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and communicate with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals

• Strong assessment, planning, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
