Why This Role Matters Your inspections protect performance and safety. You will:

Conduct first piece, in‑process, and final inspections, including first article inspections, aligned to stringent quality assurance standards.

Complete quality records thoroughly: non‑conforming material, travelers, and control charts.

Generate and archive electronic inspection reports using customer drawings and specifications.

Follow blueprints, travelers, work instructions, process specifications, sketches, and verbal direction to complete diverse inspection tasks.

Confirm all inspection equipment, machines, and tools are calibrated to company standards.

Grow With UsWork alongside experts in aerospace quality (AS9100, AS9102, ASTM’s).Develop depth in Zeiss CMM operation and Calypso programming.

Advance your mastery of GD&T and complex blueprint interpretation.

What You’ll Need High school diploma or GED (technical school/manufacturing technology and/or ASQ inspector certification is a plus).Strong GD&T knowledge; able to interpret machining and fabrication drawings with precision.

Proficiency with MS Windows tools (Word, Excel, Outlook) and MRP systems.

High attention to detail, advanced shop math; trigonometry ability is a plus.

Experience programming/operating Zeiss CMM using Calypso is a plus.

Understanding of aerospace requirements (AS9100, AS9102, ASTM’s) is preferred.
