ScheduleMonday - Friday 2:45pm - 11:15pm (training occurs on 1st shift)
What's the Job?- Perform quality control tests on different products
- Perform diagnostic testing and troubleshooting on systems, components, and devices
- Collaborate with engineers to analyze test data and determine root causes of failures
- Document and communicate findings, test results, and corrective actions
- Maintain and calibrate testing equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability
- Assist in the development of test procedures and protocols
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and efficiency
- Associate degree or technical certification in electronics, engineering technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of experience in a test technician, quality control,or similar hands-on technical role
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and specifications
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
