Birchwood Bakery in Franklin, MA is searching for an energetic and reliable full- or part-time Counter Clerk

You will earn $16-$18/hour, ($8 base pay per hour + $8-$10 per hour from tips).

We offer both full- and part-time opportunities with schedules that fit within our business hours. Shifts vary, with our morning shift running from 6:00 a.m. (7:00 a.m. on weekends) until 4:00 p.m. and our evening shift running from 2:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m.

As a Counter Clerk
- Bakery Team Member, you will welcome customers with a friendly and professional attitude, help guests select products that fit their needs, process transactions accurately, and answer questions about our bakery offerings. You will maintain an attractive display area, keep the counter and dining spaces clean and organized, restock products as needed, and work closely with team members to ensure every guest receives the exceptional service Birchwood Bakery is known for.

We're looking for candidates who have:

• Experience in the service industry, ideally food service
• Hospitality skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work efficiently
• Ability to work full-time and weekends is a plus
