As a Tru Green Field Sales Representative you will be the face of Tru Green, engaging homeowners face‑to‑face to understand their lawn care needs and deliver custom solutions. You will:

• Conduct door‑to‑door outreach with professionalism and energy.
• Customize sales messaging to match each household’s unique needs.
• Convert inquiries into signed contracts using a proven sales methodology.
• Log interactions and track performance using the CRM.
• Cross‑sell and upsell with precision to enhance customer lawns.

• High school diploma or GED. A passion for sales and people skills is essential.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Strong communication skills for both small talk and closing.
• Time‑management and self‑starter mindset.
• Comfortable with mobile technology.
• Physical ability to walk, stand, and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds outdoors.
• Fluency in English (reading, speaking, writing).
