You will collaborate with a high‑energy, driven team as you build a solid foundation in sales and operations. Flexible schedules, excellent benefits, associate incentives and discount programs are provided. This position is located at 25 Discovery Way, Franklin, MA.

• Develop consumer and commercial customer solutions to local and national accounts — including many of the Fortune 500.
• Manage our large inventory of world‑class and nationally recognized vehicles, balancing fleet productivity, profitability and customer satisfaction in a fast‑paced and dynamic workspace.
• Generate new business leads as well as foster existing customer relationships.
• Ensure complete customer satisfaction in a fast‑paced environment.

• Bachelor’s degree required; preferred concentration in Business or Marketing.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Internship or related work experience in a customer‑facing role preferred.
• Results‑oriented, attention to detail and good time‑management skills.
• A valid driver’s license and willingness to drive Penske vehicles, including a 26‑ft box truck.
• Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job.
• Regulated by the Department of Transportation; driver qualification file must be maintained (annual MVR check, DOT physical, safety performance history, etc.). CDL holders must complete DOT drug screening and be subject to FMCSA clearinghouse review.
• Willingness to travel within the district, as required for customer sites and training locations.

• Read, communicate verbally and/or in written form; analyze information; understand instructions.
• Required to stand, walk, sit, and use hands to touch, handle, feel, and reach with hands and arms.
• Must be able to lift or move up to 25 lbs (12 kg) occasionally.
• Specific vision abilities required: close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, ability to adjust focus.

$25 per hour.
