Part-Time Site Supervisor

Securitas is seeking a Part-Time Site Supervisor to lead security operations at client locations. In this role, you will supervise security officers, ensure adherence to post orders and safety protocols, and coordinate patrols, access control, and incident response. You will act as the primary on-site contact for the client, delivering professional, customer-focused service while enforcing policies and documenting activities and incidents.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support on-site security officers during assigned shifts.
• Ensure compliance with Securitas and client security, safety, and reporting procedures.
• Monitor site access, patrols, and security systems to protect people, property, and assets.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies; coordinate appropriate actions and documentation.
• Prepare clear, accurate incident and daily activity reports.
• Assist with scheduling, post coverage, and basic training or coaching of officers.
• Serve as primary on-site contact for client, delivering professional customer service.
• Conduct site inspections to identify risks and recommend corrective actions.
