Part-Time Security Officer
Pay: $18.60/hour
Location: Franklin, MA
Employment Type: Part-Time
We are currently hiring for two part-time Security Officer openings at a corporate facility in Franklin, MA:
- Monday & Friday: 8:00 AM–4:00 PM — 16 hours/week
- Friday: 12:00 AM–8:00 AM — 8 hours/week
Securitas is hiring Security Officers to support a professional corporate environment in Franklin, MA. This role is a great fit for dependable individuals who are comfortable interacting with employees and visitors, maintaining a professional presence, and helping provide a safe and secure workplace.
What You'll Do- Monitor and control access to the facility
- Greet and assist employees, visitors, and vendors
- Conduct scheduled security patrols
- Observe and report unusual or suspicious activity
- Respond appropriately to incidents and security concerns
- Complete accurate daily activity and incident reports
- Maintain a professional and helpful presence throughout the facility
- Follow established site procedures and post orders
- Strong reliability and professionalism
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to remain alert and attentive throughout the shift
- Comfortable using basic computers and electronic reporting systems
- Ability to work independently and follow established procedures
- Security or customer service experience is welcome, but not required
