Landscape​/Hardscape Equipment Manager​/Mechanic

Pay / Earnings: $20–$30/hr based on experience

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM start, 8–10 hour workdays

Location: Franklin, MA

• Maintain trucks, machines, and landscaping/excavation equipment
• Perform oil changes, greasing, inspections, and small engine repairs
• Deliver materials and equipment to job sites
• Check tires, monitor equipment, and fix minor mechanical issues
• Keep the fleet organized, safe, and ready to roll

• 3+ years of mechanical or equipment maintenance experience
• Strong mechanical knowledge & troubleshooting skills
• Valid driver’s license
• Dependable, accountable, and pride in your work
• Experience with diesel mechanics, landscaping equipment, construction fleet maintenance, or small engine repair is a plus
