Job Details
Pay: $32–$38/hr
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (8–10 hr shifts; OT & weekends as needed) | Full-Time
Location: Franklin, MA

- Operate excavators, skid steers, and compact loaders for site prep and material handling
- Read and interpret project plans, layouts, and elevations
- Coordinate daily site activities: excavation, base prep, drainage, and final installation
- Train and mentor crew members on techniques, equipment operation, and safety
- Inspect and maintain equipment; keep job sites organized, clean, and safe
- Proven experience installing patios, retaining walls, pavers, stone steps, and outdoor living features
- Skilled in operating heavy machinery: excavators, skid steers, compact loaders
- Strong leadership and crew management skills
- Ability to read plans, troubleshoot onsite, and ensure proper grading, drainage, and compaction
- Valid driver’s license (CDL a plus)
- Able to work outdoors in all weather and perform physically demanding tasks
- Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
