Heavy Machine Operator

We are seeking a skilled Heavy Machine Operator to safely move, installing, and position heavy machinery, equipment, and structures in a variety of construction and industrial settings.

This role requires expertise in operating rigging equipment, understanding load dynamics and ensuring compliance with safety. The employee will work in a team setting and operate specialized equipment including forklifts, wheeled and air casters, jacks, etc. We are willing to train material handlers that are willing to work outdoors.

Shift: Monday - Friday 7am to 5pm (OT/weekends and travel upon customer request)

Pay Rate: $25 - $32/hr

• Technical Knowledge:
  Expertise in rigging principles, machinery, and moving techniques.

  Strength, stamina, and coordination to handle heavy equipment and demanding environments.

Education/Knowledge:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• OSHA 10 certificate preferred or familiarity with safety standards.
• Valid driver's license and ability to be insured as needed.
• Previous experience in rigging, machine moving, or a related field.
• Good math skills for calculating load requirements.
• Experience working at construction sites and fast paced environment.
• Unafraid of heights, climbing ladders and scaffolding
• Basic English communication skills
• Able to heavy lift on a regular basis and work extended hours as business needs.
