    Sunday‑Thursday 2:00pm‑10:30pm
Pay

$20.62/hr plus shift differential (if applicable) plus CDL differential (if applicable)

Ready to accelerate your career while helping customers move forward? As a Fleet Maintenance Fueler Washer at Penske, you will fuel, wash, and inspect vehicles, ensuring they are safe and ready for the road. You are the face of Penske, greeting customers and providing a positive experience.

Main Responsibilities
  • Greet customers and provide a positive experience while fueling and washing vehicles.
  • Perform vehicle readiness inspections, ensuring tires, fluids, and basic maintenance items are addressed.
  • Maintain a clean and safe facility environment for customers and associates.
  • Build skills through training and coaching to perform minor repairs, such as installing and rotating tires and preventive maintenance repairs.
  • Complete other projects and tasks assigned by a supervisor.

General Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent, or prior work experience preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license required.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work well as part of a team.
  • Willingness to work outdoors.
  • Basic mechanical ability and tool usage (preferred).
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Must understand and comply with Penske instructions, guidelines, rules, and regulations.
  • Must adhere to DOT, OSHA, and Penske safety and maintenance policies.
  • Regular, predictable, full attendance essential.
  • Required to maintain a current driver qualification file as regulated by the DOT, including annual MVR checks, DOT physical, and safety performance history.
  • Willingness to work required schedule, location, and to complete background screening and drug screen.
Physical Requirements
  • Move frequently, stand, walk, climb, bend, and sit for extended periods.
  • Use hands routinely to grasp, reach, handle tools and controls.
  • Work safely at heights using ladders and platforms.
  • Carry out work in all weather conditions.
  • See and hear to navigate the work environment safely.
  • Lift and/or move up to 50 lbs (23 kg) regularly and up to 100 lbs (45 kg) occasionally; push/pull truck tires exceeding 100 lbs regularly.
