We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate in Franklin, MA, to join our team. This role is crucial for managing the efficient flow of goods in and out of the warehouse, ensuring accuracy and safety in operations.
Shift of the Warehouse Associate1st Shift: 7am-3:30pm
Pay Rate/Salary of the Warehouse Associate$21/hr
Responsibilities of the Warehouse Associate- Unload incoming shipments and verify the accuracy of received items.
- Prepare and pack outgoing shipments according to customer orders.
- Track inventory levels and assist in stock rotation.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse layout for easy access to products.
- Follow all safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or shipping/receiving role preferred.
- Ability to lift heavy items and operate warehouse equipment safely.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
