We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Specialist I to join our warehouse team in Franklin, MA. This position will support warehouse operations including work order picking, kitting, shipping, receiving, inventory control, and material movement.

The ideal candidate will have previous warehouse, shipping, or picking experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a cross-functional role where employees may be trained in multiple warehouse areas and assigned based on business needs.

• Review work orders to identify required materials, quantities, and storage locations.
• Use barcodes, RF scanners, and inventory systems to retrieve, verify, and stage materials.
• Pick and kit materials for production or shipment.
• Record inventory transactions accurately in warehouse or ERP systems.
• Maintain accurate stock levels and report discrepancies.
• Return unused materials to stock and keep the picking area clean and organized.

• Prepare and pack outgoing shipments according to customer requirements and quality standards.
• Select proper packaging materials and methods to ensure safe delivery.
• Assist with parcel, LTL, and FTL shipments.
• Verify order accuracy and product condition before shipment.
• Track shipments and help resolve delivery issues as needed.
• Assist with receiving, labeling, storing, and moving incoming materials.

• Monitor inventory levels and report low stock or supply needs.
• Assist with cycle counts and physical inventory.
• Maintain an organized warehouse layout for safe and efficient workflow.
• Perform digital inventory transactions using ERP, WMS, or inventory systems.
• Keep warehouse areas clean, safe, and organized.

• Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse policies.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely, including pallet jacks, forklifts, reach trucks, or similar equipment as trained.
• Use required personal protective equipment such as safety glasses, safety boots, and hearing protection when needed.
• Communicate clearly with supervisors, team members, and other departments.
• Support warehouse operations and perform other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 1 year of warehouse, shipping, receiving, picking, or kitting experience preferred.
• Experience using pallet jacks, forklifts, reach trucks, or warehouse equipment is a plus.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn ERP, WMS, or inventory software.
• Ability to read and follow work orders, shipping instructions, and warehouse procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with warehouse safety standards and PPE requirements.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and climbing ladders.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing or warehouse environment.
• Comfortable working in standard warehouse conditions.
