Returns Associate role available in Franklin, MA. The hours for this position are Monday–Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. All correspondence will come directly from Imperial Brady and not a personal email address.

• Process returns
• Check in drivers
• Verify materials returning after deliveries
• Use the scanner to update return sheets, identify products, print labels, and place cases in the proper staging area
• Process invoices
• Collaborate with the team to ensure accurate work

• High School Diploma / GED
• Attention to detail & motivation
• General computer skills
• Electric pallet jack experience (a plus, but not necessary)
• Ability to lift 50 lbs
