Role OverviewThe Warehouse Coordinator supports the day-to-day shipment and receipt of component parts and finished goods while maintaining accurate inventory and shipping records. This role is responsible for order picking, shipment preparation, inventory control, and maintaining an organized and safe warehouse environment. The position plays an important role in ensuring customer orders are processed accurately and delivered on time.

Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
- Review and verify orders, ensuring correct part numbers and quantities are picked and discrepancies are corrected promptly.
- Process and coordinate shipments through UPS, LTL, and other carriers while maintaining accurate shipping and receiving records.
- Perform inventory management and monthly cycle counts, maintaining >95% accuracy for service parts and 100% accuracy for finished goods equipment.
- Monitor inventory and packaging supplies, communicating low-stock conditions to management to prevent shortages.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse while following established safety procedures.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 3+ years of shipping and receiving experience required.
- Ability to operate material-handling equipment, including forklifts, pallet handlers, and hand trucks.
- Ability to perform shipping, receiving, order picking, and shipment preparation duties.
- Ability to perform inventory/cycle counting and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Good computer and organizational skills.
- Ability to lift boxes/materials weighing up to 51 lbs.
- Ability to stand and/or sit for prolonged periods.
- Prior customer service experience.
- Familiarity with UPS, Fed Ex, LTL, and similar shipping carriers.
- Experience with FIFO (First In, First Out) inventory practices.
- Strong attention to detail and inventory accuracy.
- Previous warehouse experience in a fast‑paced environment.
- Team-oriented mindset and willingness to help others.
- Open to training and learning new processes.

Salary & BenefitsThe hourly range for this position is $[21.00]– $[24.00] , plus eligibility for a bonus opportunity with annual payouts distributed in three installments. This range is a good faith estimate of what Hoshizaki America expects to pay for this position. Actual compensation may vary based on experience, education, skills, and internal equity.
