Job Description
CoWorx Staffing Services is seeking Materials Administrative Assistant candidates in the Franklin, NH area. Are you someone who enjoys staying organized, working with data, and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes? We are looking for a Materials Administrative Assistant to support our Materials team and play a key role in keeping our operations on track. In this position, you will work hands‑on with systems like SAP and Excel to manage inventory data, support purchasing processes, and help ensure materials are where they need to be—when they need to be.
Responsibilities- Provide day‑to‑day administrative support to the Materials team.
- Enter and maintain accurate data in SAP.
- Use Microsoft Excel to track and report on materials and inventory.
- Assist with purchase orders, inventory records, and documentation.
- Help coordinate information across departments to ensure efficient operations.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.
- Support reporting activities, audits, and process documentation.
- Perform general administrative duties, including filing, scanning, and data entry.
- At least one year of administrative or clerical experience; experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment is a plus.
- Experience with SAP or similar enterprise systems preferred.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Excel, including data entry, basic formulas, and spreadsheet management.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Clear and professional communication skills.
Hours:
7:00 am – 3:30 pm | Compensation: $21.00/HR
