Focus Staff is seeking a travel Speech Language Pathologist for a travel job in Franklin, New Hampshire.

We currently have a client in Franklin, NH looking for a Speech Language Pathologist (Traveling SLP) to provide speech therapy services, including evaluation and treatment for patients ranging from pediatric to older adults based on diagnosed conditions. The assignment is a 13‑week temporary contract with 5×8 day shifts.

Candidates need phenomenal efficiency and attention to detail, strong knowledge of procedures and patient safety, compassion, and the ability to think critically and act quickly in emergencies.

Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Speech Language Pathologist.
  • Graduate of a master’s level program in Speech Language Pathology accredited by Education Standards Board or whose practice meets ASHA certification requirements.
  • Must possess independent decision‑making skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with staff, physicians, patients, and families.

Work Experience:

Minimum 2 years of SLP experience.

Responsibilities
  • Provide therapy to maximize patients’ speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing abilities.
  • Communicate patient progress or problems to supervisor and other team members; assist with patient scheduling and post charges daily to patient records.
  • Document patient care in accordance with regulatory, licensing, payer, and accrediting requirements.
  • Handle job responsibilities in accordance with the Company’s Code of Business Conduct, the Corporate Compliance Agreement, appropriate professional standard, and applicable state/federal laws.
