Mountain Ridge Center is now hiring for a part‑time Maintenance Assistant. You will work 32 hours per week in maintenance and an additional 8 hours in Central Supply. Shifts run 10 AM – 6 PM, Tuesday‑Saturday or Monday‑Friday with rotational weekends. Pay is commensurate with experience. The full‑time role may also be eligible for medical benefits and a modified compensation plan—an additional 25 % on the base rate.

• Make minor repairs to handrails, windows, flooring, walls, ceilings, beds, wheelchairs, gerichairs, electrical equipment, sprinkler systems, generators, emergency lighting, fire alarms and extinguishers
• Change filters on HVAC equipment
• Carry, lift and stock supplies
• Assume the maintenance supervisor’s responsibilities in their absence

High school degree or equivalent and basic knowledge of wiring, plumbing and carpentry.
