Material Handler, Forklift Operator, Manufacturing & Industrial Operations
Scope of Position
This self‑directed, detail‑oriented individual, as part of the Materials team, will be responsible for receiving, storing, counting, issuing, and transacting equipment, material, product supplies, tools, and inventories in support of plant operation. The position reports to the Materials Supervisor and is onsite at the Franklin, NH location.

- Receiving operations
- Fork truck operation
- Reach truck operation
- Picker truck operation and picking per procedures
- Packaging and shipping
- Scanner operation
- Cycle counts, as required
- Physical and scale counting
- DO system transactions and procedures
- Provide continuous flow of materials throughout the supply chain
- Perform physical inventories, as required
- Machine, assembly, and other duties as assigned by supervisor
- Assume responsibility for other projects and duties as assigned by the supervisor or company management
Less than 10% travel.
Required Qualifications- 3+ years of related experience
- Proficient math skills
- Basic computer skills to perform computer‑related transactions
- Ability to read, write, and understand English
- High School Diploma or GED

Work on‑site in a manufacturing facility at the Franklin location. Scheduled work hours will be communicated by your manager.
Physical Requirements- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to lift and carry up to 35 pounds
- Ability to push and pull up to 35 pounds
- Ability to physically move around the manufacturing floor
- Ability to read documents and communicate clearly with management and coworkers
- Ability to wear personal protective equipment, which may include safety shoes, hearing protection, and safety glasses
