Patriot Foundry, a prominent and expanding manufacturing firm, is on the hunt for a skilled Floor Production Associate to become a key member of our team in Franklin, NH. The chosen candidate will be responsible for handling the foundry’s sand supply and preparing sand molds for pouring.

We provide a competitive wage of $20/hr – $22/hr, influenced by experience, and a bonus incentive contingent upon objective performance metrics.

Patriot Foundry operates on a 4/10 schedule, Monday – Thursday.

As a Floor Production Associate, your primary responsibilities will entail:

• Transport, prepare, and control molding sand for further processing using a bucket loader, muller, and conveyor system.
• Carefully prepare assembled sand molds using weights and jackets. Employ conveyor system and forklift to transport them for pouring.
• Remove, screen, and reclaim sand from poured molds using hand tools and bucket loader.
• Palletize and transport castings using forklift to further processing stations on site.

Requirements

• Ability to perform physical duties such as lifting 30+ pounds, bending, twisting, and standing for long periods of time.
