Open temporary role in Franklin, NH. Production opportunities on 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts with potential for overtime. Assignments are long‑term temporary. No experience or resume needed. Must speak and read English. Background check, drug screening, and pre‑employment physical/lift test will be conducted.
Shift Information- 1st shift: $18.50/hr, Monday through Friday – 6:00am – 2:30pm
- 2nd shift: $19.43/hr, Monday through Friday – 2:30pm – 11:00pm
- 3rd shift: $20.35/hr, Sunday night through Friday – 9:00pm – 5:30am
Salary: $18.5 - $20.35 per hour.
ResponsibilitiesIn this role, in our client’s Valve factory, you will take part in the precise assembly of valve components. Your role will involve the use of assembly tools, machines, jigs, and fixtures to ensure that all valves and sub‑parts meet the standards.
- Assemble valves and sub‑components according to established procedures
- Follow prescribed Assembly Test Instructions (ATI) to ensure the highest quality standards are maintained
- Test and package valves and components in individual boxes and master cartons, ensuring identification labels and instructional materials are included
- Complete recaps, production records, and quality control documents to maintain accurate production data
- Perform routine housekeeping tasks to ensure the work area meets environmental and safety standards
- Capability to lift and move up to 25
- Specific vision abilities required, including close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception
- Working in a smoke‑free environment
- Wearing steel‑toe shoes
