Patriot Foundry, a prominent and expanding manufacturing firm, is on the hunt for a skilled Floor Production Associate to become a key member of our team in Franklin, NH. The chosen candidate will be responsible for handling the foundry’s sand supply and preparing sand molds for pouring. The position offers a competitive wage of $20/hr - $22/hr, influenced by experience. Additionally, a bonus incentive is in place, contingent upon objective performance metrics.

Patriot Foundry operates on a 4/10 schedule, Monday - Thursday.
Day In The Life:- Transport, prepare, and control molding sand for further processing using a bucket loader, muller, and conveyor system.
- Carefully prepare assembled sand molds using weights and jackets. Employ conveyor system and forklift to transport them for pouring.
- Remove, screen, and reclaim sand from poured molds using hand tools and bucket loader.
- Palletize and transport castings using forklift for further processing stations on site.

Requirements- Physically Capable:
Frequently lifts 30 - 100 lb loads. - Self-disciplined:
Follows procedure and reports issues as they occur. - Responsible:

Keeps area & machines clean, and good working order. - Reliable:
Shows up consistently, on time, and maintains performance standards.
- Ability to perform physical duties such as lifting 30+ pounds, bending, twisting, and standing for long periods of time.
- Strong communication skills.
- Demonstrates adaptability and a keen attention to detail.
