Requirements
  • 2 years of experience as a LPN
  • Valid LPN license
  • Willingness to obtain state licensure

Responsibilities
  • Deliver quality patient care as an LPN by assisting with assessments, implementing care plans, and supporting the nursing team throughout each shift
  • Provide specialty‑focused support for Licensed Practical Nurse duties by monitoring vital signs, documenting patient status, and collaborating on care coordination
  • Maintain safety and compliance using standard clinical workflows – following policies, reporting changes in condition, and ensuring accurate charting
