Mountain Ridge Center, a Genesis Health Care skilled nursing facility in Franklin, NH, is seeking a Unit Manager to lead clinical care on our nursing unit. The Unit Manager oversees day-to-day patient care, coordinates nursing staff, ensures regulatory compliance, and promotes resident-centered, compassionate service. Responsibilities include supervising RNs, LPNs, and CNAs; developing care plans; collaborating with interdisciplinary teams; and supporting quality improvement.
