CNA – LTC​/SNF

Nursing Assistant

Provide essential nursing assistance in a Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing Facility setting. Ensure patient comfort and safety while supporting nursing staff with routine duties.

Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and feeding.
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes to nursing staff promptly.
• Follow infection control protocols, including COVID-19 vaccine verification and exemption documentation.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care activities.
• Adhere to facility policies, including wearing photo badges and  all times.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid CNA certification in the state.
• Demonstrate compliance with vaccination requirements or valid exemption documentation.
• Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exhibit reliability with no more than two call outs and no no-call/no-show incidents.
• Be able to start promptly and commit to the contracted duration.
