CNA – LTC​/SNF

Certified Nursing Assistant

Provide essential patient care in long-term care or skilled nursing facility settings as a Certified Nursing Assistant. Support medical staff by ensuring residents’ comfort, safety, and well-being through direct, attentive care.

Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and mobility.
• Monitor and document residents’ vital signs and overall health status.
• Respond promptly to residents’ call lights and care needs.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
• Follow facility protocols and infection control procedures, including COVID-19 vaccination policies.
• Record and report any changes in residents’ condition to nursing staff.

Qualifications:

• Current CNA certification in good standing.
• Ability to pass a background check and provide a valid state or federal .
• Successful completion of COVID-19 vaccination requirements or approved medical/religious exemption.
• Strong communication and compassionate caregiving skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
• Flexibility to work various shifts as needed.
