CNA – LTC​/SNF

Job Opportunity

Provide direct patient care to residents in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting. Support clinical staff by assisting with daily living activities and ensuring resident comfort and safety.

Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and mobility.
• Monitor and report any changes in resident condition to clinical staff.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents.
• Follow facility protocols and infection control procedures.
• Document care provided and resident responses accurately.

Qualifications:

• Current CNA certification or license.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment.
• Prior experience in LTC or SNF preferred.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift residents as needed.
