Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Assist nursing staff in delivering quality patient care in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities. Provide support to residents with compassion, ensuring their comfort and safety throughout their stay.

Responsibilities:

• Follow established care plans to meet residents’ individual needs.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and feeding.
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ condition to nursing staff.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents and staff.
• Adhere to facility policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
• Document care activities accurately and promptly.

Qualifications:

• Possess a valid CNA license or certification.
• Demonstrate competency in basic patient care and safety procedures.
• Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Show ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Maintain a professional and compassionate attitude.
• Be able to pass essential background checks and immunization requirements.
