CNA – LTC​/SNF

Nursing Assistant Position

Provide high-quality nursing assistance to residents in long-term care or skilled nursing facility settings. Support patient comfort and safety while assisting with daily activities under supervision.

Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and mobility.
• Monitor and record residents' vital signs and report changes to nursing staff.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment in accordance with facility protocols.
• Follow infection control procedures, including COVID-19 regulations and exemptions.
• Ensure compliance with facility policies, including proper identification and badge wearing.
• Support team efforts to provide compassionate, patient-centered care.

Qualifications:

• Valid CNA certification in the state.
• Proven ability to work effectively in LTC or SNF environments.
• Commitment to resident safety and confidentiality.
• Must bring valid government-issued identification to the assignment.
• Willingness to work every weekend as required.
• Ability to adhere to COVID-19 vaccination policies or approved exemptions.
