CNA – LTC​/SNF

Nursing Assistant Position

Provide compassionate and skilled nursing assistance to residents in a Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing Facility setting, supporting their daily needs and ensuring their comfort and safety.

Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and toileting.
• Monitor and report any changes in residents’ health or behavior to nursing staff.
• Follow care plans and communicate effectively with team members.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents and staff.
• Document care provided accurately and timely.
• Adhere to all facility policies, procedures, and safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Valid CNA license required.
• Proven experience in LTC/SNF settings preferred.
• Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow detailed care protocols.
• Maintain compliance with infection control and safety standards.
• Exhibit compassion and professionalism in all interactions.
