Long-Term Care/Skilled Nursing Facility Assistant

Assist residents in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting by providing essential personal care and support services under the supervision of nursing staff. Ensure resident comfort, safety, and wellbeing through compassionate and attentive care.

Responsibilities:

• Perform basic patient care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and feeding residents.
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ condition to nursing staff.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents.
• Follow facility protocols for infection control and safety measures.
• Assist with mobility and transfers to promote resident independence.
• Document care activities accurately and timely.

Qualifications:

• Current CNA certification or license required.
• Valid identification (state or federal issued) and photo badge.
• Proof of COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption documentation.
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
