- Temporary Assignment starting on 08/24/2026 for 9 weeks, with weekly pay between $961 and $1,009. Shift is 5x8 days, with daily hours from 06:45-15:15. The assignment occurs in a skilled nursing facility setting.

Healthforce Healthcare LLC. This opportunity is intended for a dedicated LPN experienced in geriatric and long-term care care, providing comprehensive nursing support on a 9-week travel contract.
- Weekly pay: $961-$1,009 per week

- Contract duration: 9 weeks
- Shift: 5x8 days; 06:45-15:15 daily

08/24/2026 - Setting:
Long-term care / skilled nursing - Completion bonus: $1,000 for an 8-week contract, with conditions (no more than 2 call outs and no NCNS; bonus voided if not met)
- Deliver direct nursing care to residents per the plan of care, including assessment, monitoring, and documentation.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered, and document administration accurately in the resident chart.
- Monitor vital signs, observe for changes in condition, and promptly report to the supervising nurse.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) and provide compassionate, resident-centered care.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to update care plans and participate in rounds or care conferences as needed.
- Maintain safety, infection control, and standard precautions; respond to emergencies and call for assistance as required.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation, including progress notes, MARs, and shift reports.
- Uphold professional boundaries, ethical standards, and compliance with facility policies and state regulations.
- Ability to perform nursing duties in a long-term care setting.
- Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and communication skills.
- Flexibility to work a travel assignment with the listed shift pattern.
- Eligibility to work in the United States.
- Commitment to patient safety, quality of care, and adherence to facility policies.
- Completion bonus: $1,000 for an 8-week contract (subject to policy; no more than 2 call outs and no NCNS; otherwise the bonus is voided)
