Registered Nurse, Utilization Management. This travel assignment is in Franklin, New Hampshire, United States.

Start date:

09/01/2026. Duration: approximately 11 weeks. Weekly pay: $2,274-$2,302 per week. Guaranteed hours: 40 per week. Shift: 5x8 days with hours commonly 08:00 to 16:30. Work setting: skilled nursing facility. OT is not guaranteed; you may be required to work on the floor during the week and on occasion cover a weekend day.

Responsibilities
  • Review patient records to determine appropriate level of care and utilization in line with guidelines and payer requirements
  • Collaborate with physicians, nursing, and care coordination teams to develop and adjust care plans
  • Participate in discharge planning and transition activities to support appropriate post-acute care
  • Document utilization decisions in the electronic health record and relay changes to the care team
  • Monitor patient progress, identify potential utilization issues, and elevate as needed
  • Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with regulatory and facility policies
Requirements
  • Active Registered Nurse license
  • Ability to work in a skilled nursing facility setting
  • Availability for approximately 11 weeks with guaranteed 40 hours per week
  • Experience in utilization management or care coordination is preferred
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills; proficient documentation in electronic records
