We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse Unit Manager (RN UM) for a 12-week contract position at Mountain Ridge Ctr (Genesis - Northeast Region) in Franklin, NH. This role leads unit nursing operations, ensures compliance with quality standards, and provides clinical leadership to the healthcare team.
Schedule & Shift Details- Shift: Day Shift (Shift
1) | 8:00 AM 4:30 PM (includes a 30-minute meal break) - Weekly
Hours:
40 guaranteed hours per week - Schedule Notes: Overtime is not guaranteed. Candidate may be required to work the floor during the week and on occasion cover a weekend as needed by the facility.
- Oversee clinical operations, patient care, and staffing management for the assigned nursing unit.
- Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility standards of care.
- Conduct clinical assessments, manage care plans, and step in for direct floor coverage when required.
- Collaborate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
- Active, unencumbered RN license in the state of New Hampshire (or Compact RN license).
- Proven experience as an RN Unit Manager or in a similar nursing leadership role.
- Current BLS/CPR certification.
- Flexibility to cover floor duties and occasional weekends as needed.
