CNA – LTC​/SNF

Job Summary:

Provide compassionate and efficient nursing assistance to residents in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting. Ensure residents' safety, comfort, and well-being through attentive care and support.

Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and feeding.
• Monitor and record residents' vital signs and health status.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members.
• Follow established care plans and document care provided accurately.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment in accordance with facility policies.
• Support team members during shift changes and coordinate resident care needs.

Qualifications:

• Current CNA certification and valid state license.
• Proven experience working in LTC or SNF settings preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively and demonstrate compassion.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Must adhere to infection control protocols and safety standards.
• Flexibility to work weekends and various shifts as required.
